Paring and boards are molded to a certain form upon completion of screening, grading, sawing, drying (water content less than 8%), and gluing, then it must be pressed by the heating press at 33kg--66kg/cm2 and 120°C--170°C, it will take 12 minutes to heat every 1 cm thickness (effect of disinfection under high temperature), water content of its finished product is less than 11% and strength is as nearly same as that of timber. Its dimension is anywhere between 2450mm and 1320mm to avoid unnecessary loss. |
